Hi,
I am Jane. I am a Certified Advanced Relationship Coach and I work with couples and individuals who are committed and ready to improve their relationship or marriage.
I work intensively with my clients for a mutually agreed period of time during which I combine couples sessions and solo sessions to create effective long-lasting change; within the relationship and for each person.
My clients create clarity and understanding within sessions and leave with clear action plans to create change continually between sessions as well as during the sessions.
Coaching is different from Counselling in that Coaching focuses on what is working ( You may not think anything is at this point but you may only be seeing what isn't working) and then we build on that. I can help you to see your relationship or marriage in a different light; one that serves you better. If you and your spouse are willing to wholeheartedly take action then I will work with you to create the relationship you truly desire.
Many couples have come to me with very little hope for their relationship, in despair and not knowing which way to turn. In a very short space of time with their absolute commitment, they have seen their relationship change and grow in a way they had not believed to be possible previously.
Coaching sessions will help you to change behaviours, improve communication, learn to appreciate your partner, find out what you and your partner needs and how to ensure they and you have those needs met. We will work to create a connection between you and help you to understand each other more.
Now, more than ever we need to pay attention to those closest to us.
